The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Examination is a test conducted by NAPOLCOM in the Philippines for individuals aspiring to join the Philippine National Police (PNP) or for current members seeking promotion.
There are two types of NAPOLCOM exams: the PNP Entrance Exam (PNPE) and the PNP Promotional Exam (PROMEX).
The Entrance Exam is intended for those who wish to become police officers but have not yet joined the PNP. The PNPE assesses applicants' skills in language, logical reasoning, quantitative reasoning, and general knowledge.
On the other hand, PROMEX is designed for active PNP personnel looking to advance to higher ranks. It evaluates their knowledge, skills, and competency in their current role as well as the responsibilities of the rank they are aiming for.
Passing the NAPOLCOM exam is a vital step in joining the PNP or advancing one's career within the organization.
